My Story
About Random Musings
I'm still trying to decide what I'm going to do when I grow up......

In the meantime I've been:
Getting an education of sorts, most notably by attending Regis High School in New York '70,
and then trying out several majors at Queens College - economics, sociology and finally settling on Liberal Arts and then continuing to learn and explore by reading and doing.
In my 20's a wide variety of jobs gave me all the background I needed to run a business.
In 1984 I started a small software development company, KG Solutions, Inc.
Over the years we created a wide range of custom software for a wide range of industries: medicine, manufacturing, banking, insurance, brokerage and government.
For a small outfit we had some pretty neat customers including JP Morgan, Deutche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Rockefeller Center, Madison Square Garden, NYU Medical Center, Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and the United States Senate.
I'm tired just thinking about it.
I've also managed to become a husband (twice), a father (three times) and a grandfather of five.
Also, was in a band and manage to play guitar and piano and dabble in songwriting.
Directed and acted in a fair number of community theater productions
including two productions of Twelve Angry Men and playing Henry Higgins in My Fair Lady
(my favorite).
Janet, my wife and partner in all things for the past 36 years,
opened and ran a Kumon Center until 2014.
Now we're both engaged in the political scene
which is part of the reason for this website.
I've been teaching a number of classes in Presidential History and Politics for the past four years, currently focused on the Election of 2020.
You'll find resources on this site related to my current classes (and other assorted interests).
Reach out if the spirit moves you and let me know what you think.
